Premier provides 24-hour trailer roadside service for all rental and lease trailers, and there is no additional service fee when selecting our maintenance option.

For any trailer roadside assistance needed during our normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday) please contact your local branch office.

Please have the following information available for the customer service agent when calling:

  1. Premier trailer number (complete with all letters and dashes)
  2. Trailer license plate number
  3. Name on the account
  4. Location where service is needed
  5. Callback number
  6. Reason for service/breakdown
    • If for tires
      1. Tire size
      2. Wheel position
    • If for Reefer unit
      1. Type of unit (Thermo King or Carrier)
      2. Alarm code
      3. Is the trailer loaded?



Net/Net Customers

If your company has selected the net maintenance option, there will be a $50 fee associated with managing the breakdown event in addition to the cost of the repairs.
