We’ve been on the road since 2005.
Premier was founded in 2005 with a vision to transform the trailer rental and leasing industry. Since the early days, the team has held a steadfast commitment to delivering comprehensive trailer solutions with optimal flexibility and customization from pick up to return, and everywhere in between.
Over the years, we've expanded our network.
Today, Premier has made a name for itself nationwide. We currently operate in over 40 locations and we're still growing strong. With a fleet of more than 60,000 dry-vans, reefers, flatbeds, chassis, and more, we're proud to serve the needs of our customers today and help them scale for the future.

Premier offers a broad range of trailers, which is huge for us. Having the availability of reefers, flatbeds, cartage trailers, and new dry vans is critical for us. The trailer tracking that they provide us enables us to know exactly where the trailers are and whether or not they're loaded at any given time. Since 2010, Premier Trailer Leasing's President & CEO Jim AuBuchon has led the way in customer excellence and employee satisfaction. Throughout his career, Jim has assumed leadership roles in the aviation and trailer leasing industry. Today, he's leveraging his expertise to transform the trailer leasing industry. His commitment to extraordinary outcomes delivered with integrity is unwavering: to provide partners from around the country with top-of-the-line inventory and an outstanding customer experience.

Greg Landis
COO
Since 2013, Greg Landis has played a pivotal role in Premier’s success and growth. Leading management and operations, first as Sr. Vice President (2013), then as Chief Operating Officer (2016) he is committed to our mission to raise the bar in trailer leasing. Throughout his career, Greg has built deep expertise in the rental and leasing industry in both sales and management operations at the regional and national level. Today, Greg facilitates the success of Premier Trailer Leasing Operations across our 40+ locations and including a fleet of over 60,000 dry-vans, reefers, flatbeds, chassis and specialized equipment.

Craig Barth
CFO
Craig Barth first joined Premier Trailer Leasing in 2017 as Vice President and General Manager and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer three years later. Throughout his career, Craig has taken on financial leadership roles at prestigious organizations including Ford Motor Company and Citigroup. Craig serves as an integral member of the Premier Trailer Leasing executive team as we grow our operations and scale for continued success in the trailer leasing and rentals industry.

Navolia Bryant
CPO
Navolia Bryant joined Premier Trailer Leasing in 2015 as Premier Trailer Leasing’s Chief People Officer and has raised the bar in what lived company culture can look like. Navolia is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience overseeing human resources operations. In 2022, Navolia received the 2022 Top Women to Watch in Transportation Award, hosted by Women in Trucking Association. More recently, at the 4th Annual HR Stars Awards Gala, Navolia won the prestigious Change Champion of the Year and HR Executive of the Year awards. Navolia’s passion for people management extends beyond the workplace; in 2001, Navolia founded the Training For Excellence nonprofit organization to transform lives using professional life skills and leadership development programs. Navolia is driven by her personal philosophy to pursue passion with a spirit of excellence and stay focused on the ultimate goal.
