Premier offers two simple maintenance options when renting a trailer: maintenance and net/net. Some companies offer several levels of service and charge you more for each service they provide. At Premier, either we do all of the maintenance or you do it – it's that simple.
When you select the mileage option on your contract, Premier will perform or manage the maintenance required for the trailer at a Premier location. Our maintenance program covers the following items for the trailer during the rental: normal tire and brake replacement, light bulbs, door seals and other items related to normal wear. Damaged items will be replaced, but will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customer assumes responsibility for performing the required maintenance on the trailer. Simply bring the trailer back with the same aggregate tread/brake readings and condition, and there will be no additional charge on your contract. When the trailer is brought back with a lower tire or brake reading, Premier will charge you a flat amount per 1/32nd of tread depth or 1/8th of brake reading. All items needing repair on the trailer are the responsibility of the customer.
